Payment and shipping.
Payment in full is required before shipping orders.
Generally we ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, in most cases the same day. Cut off time for this is 1400 Pacific Time. Orders received on a Friday after 1400 Pacific Time will be shipped the following Monday. You will recieve an email on shipping giving your tracking number or postage date if by USPS. For out of stock items please allow 3 - 5 business days, you will be notified about out of stock items and can then chose if you wish to wait or cancel the order.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to cancellation fees recently imposed by PayPal we have to charge $1.00 or 5% of the total order value, whichever is the greater, for ALL cancelled orders that have been paid via PayPal regardless of the processing and shipping state. We apologize in advance for this, it is yet another excessive fee imposed by PayPal.

Cancellations.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders cancelled before shipping will be subject to a 10% handling fee. Orders cancelled after shipping will be subject to a 15% handling fee. The item must be returned at your expense and in the original packing. Refunds will not be issued until the original item is returned to us. Any shipping expenses incurred by us are non-refundable. Please note that even though we can ring the shipping company to cancel the shipment they do not guarantee cancellation.

Returns.
Anti-Icky-Poo carries a manufacturers guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with the product please notify us immediately by email.  Outline your problem and treatment method.  Our aim is to help you with the removal of odor and sometimes we can give advice that will resolve the situation.  If not then a refund of the product purchase price will be made.  Shipping is not refundable.
We will issue you a refund number.  Return the empty bottle to us quoting this refund number.  You are responsible for any shipping/packing costs incurred in returning the bottle .  On receipt of the empty bottle a refund will be issued.  In all cases of dissatisfaction there is a 7 day time limit after delivery.  Please note : AIP takes 2 - 5 days to do its job properly.

Damaged Items
If a package arrives damaged it is very important that you contact us immediately.  If the outer packing is damaged then you should refuse delivery and instruct the delivery person as to why.  If possible email us a digital photo of the packaging.  If you do not have any contact with the delivery person then ship the whole package (after repacking if necessary) to us at our expense.  We will send you the necessary paperwork for this.  A replacement product will be sent at our expense.  Claims for damaged items will not be considered outside of 48 hours from delivery.

Blacklights.
Blacklights are non-refundable. except in the cases outlined below.
1.  The product is defective. In this case please contact us within 48 hours of dellivery.  You will need to return the defective item to us (at our expense) and a replacement will be issued.
2.  The product arrives damaged in transit.   In this case please follow the instrucions outlined in Damaged items above.
In both cases you MUST inform us within 48 hours of delivery or your claim will not be considered.
